Within the Friends Home community, we have several types of accommodations located in both our main building and adjacent buildings.
The historic buildings have been adapted into one-of-a-kind suites for our senior residents.
All rooms have ensuite bathrooms; however, the specific styles available are determined by Level of Care and may or may not include:

- One-Bedrooms
- Custom Suites

Living Locations at Friends Home
Main Building
For Supportive Independent Living and/or Personal Care Residents
These units are located in our main building. Here, residents are within a short distance of all activities and amenities.
They have multiple floor plan options, including:
- Studios
- One-bedrooms
- Custom suites
Jackson and Walton Building
For Independent Living Residents
This building is located adjacent to our main building.
Here, Independent Living residents enjoy:
- A private entrance
- Increased privacy
- The freedom to furnish and decorate as you wish
- Easy access to everything the campus and Kennett Square have to offer
Linden Hall
For Skilled Nursing Care Residents
These units are located in Linden Hall, our licensed 20-bed nursing home.
Here, Skilled Nursing residents will enjoy:
- Direct access to a furnished patio
- Acccess to theatre room with lounge chairs
- Access to a Montessori room for private meals and visits
- Trips out to town
- Options to participate in groups and classes such as choir, drama club, and more
Willow Wing
For Integrated Dementia Care Residents
This wing is located within our main historic building and can house up to 10 residents at one time, and is also available for Respite Stays.
Here, Integrated Dementia Care residents will have:
- A private room and full bath
- Access to a secured furnished outdoor patio space
- Access to a private great room
- Assisted community trips and outings
- Options to participate in groups and classes such as choir, drama club, and more
