Residents in our supportive independent living program truly “age in place”. When personal care is needed, rather than having to relocate to another wing or even building, they generally can remain in their studio or suite, and personal care services are brought to them. Personal Care gives residents support with the activities of daily living such as assistance with showers, dressing, cues, and reminders, and managing their medications. Staff offers this support while encouraging independence and maintaining every resident’s dignity.

- One-bedroom and studio apartments, plus a Custom Suite for couples
- Full private bathrooms with walk-in showers
- Fresh home-cooked meals, housekeeping and laundry service
- 24-hour oversight and visits from local physicians
- Emergency call system in every room
Monthly fees for apartments for Personal Care vary from $3,485 to $4,265 depending on the size of the apartment, plus Level of Care costs which can range from $325 to $1,700 per month, depending on the type of care needed. We also have a Custom Suite that rents for $5,200 per month. There is a one-time community fee of $4,000. Second person in same room/apartment, an additional $775 per month. Friends Home welcomes long-term care insurance policies.
